FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I book?

To enable a fair and efficient booking process, we are only able to accept bookings via the online form.

Tickets are non-transferable and only valid through a direct invitation to you or your business and must not be extended beyond that. If you think that you’ve been missed then get in touch.

The Charles Faram HopWalk® and Brewery Resource Roadshow are free of charge for two guests per event.

Pre-booking is the only way to ensure your 2 complimentary spaces. Additional guests or guests arriving on the day without pre-booking will be charged at the full rate of £60 (Ex. VAT) per person per event.

We strive to ensure a productive and insightful programme. Therefore, we implement a cancellation charge of £60 (Ex. VAT) a week leading to the event and a no-show charge of £60 (Ex. VAT) for non-attendance on the day.

Why haven’t I received my tickets and confirmation?

Sometimes your tickets and confirmation may appear in your junk folder. If it is not there please contact us.

What are one to one appointments?

This is your opportunity to arrange one to one face time with the suppliers at the Brewery Resource Roadshow®.  You can have uninterrupted conversations and discuss commercial agreements with privacy that you don’t get at the supplier trade stand.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Appointments are optional.  It’s a good idea to check that your appointments don’t clash with the presentation sessions that you would like to attend.

Do I have to join in the pub tour?

It’s a relaxed evening starting with a buffet and then moving on at your own pace. You can join and leave the tour as and when you wish.

We do need you to book your place before the event to allow for catering, for the same reason please let us know if you can no longer make it by emailing events@charlesfaram.co.uk

Can I pick up an order from Charles Faram during the event times?

If you would like to collect an order for brewing ingredients and brewing aids while you are in the area you can do so. It’s the same setup as usual for collections in that your orders must be in by 10:00 the day before. Collections can only be made from Charles Faram, Monksfield Lane and between 09:00 and 16:30.  With the staff at the HopWalk®, we are unable to be flexible on this.

Do I need to book a seat on the shuttle bus?

You MUST have pre-booked seats to board the shuttle bus from Malvern Link Station to Charles Faram and back.

If your travel circumstances change and you need to book or cancel the bus, please let us know as it affects the number of buses we provide.

What if my train is late and I’ve booked the shuttle bus?

The bus pick up times have been calculated for the main arrivals.  It’s best not to cut it too fine with the rail delays and strikes we have been experiencing.  If one person from your party can text Charlie Gorham then we will see if the bus driver is available to come back and get you.  If not, then we recommend seeing if there are other late arrivals and book a taxi from the station.

What is the postcode and what3words for the event?
